Beyond Babyhood is committed to safeguarding and preserving the privacy of those who contact us, whether by telephone, by coming to our sessions, or by electronic means such as email, online communication, or using our website.

Information We Collect
In running and maintaining our website we may collect and process the following data about you:
• Information about your use of our site including details of your visits such as pages viewed and the resources that you access. Such information includes traffic data, location data and other communication data.
• Information provided voluntarily by you. For example, when you sign up to our mailing list, support sessions.
• Information that you provide when you communicate with us by any means.
Your details and information recorded during sessions, are kept securely so we can remind herself of details if you speak again (or can send you follow up information if you have agreed to this) and are retained for up to six years for insurance purposes. If you tell us your child’s first name we’ll check you’re happy for us to keep this with our notes too.
If we have safeguarding concerns we retain the right to contact appropriate outside agencies, after discussing this with you and with our designated Safeguarding Officer . Other than this your details will always be kept confidential unless we are required by law to share them.
Attendance at group sessions
When you come to an group session, we’ll ask you to sign in so that we can record numbers for our records. You’ll also have the option to share your email address and/or phone number if you’d like us to stay in touch with you, but you’re not obliged to give this information.
If you have a one to one discussion with Tessa at a group session, she will retain brief notes including your first name, which will be stored as described above.
Where you have given us your information for a workshop or conference booking we will use it to contact you for administrative purposes before the event and to request feedback after it. You will be asked at the time if you would like to be added to our email list.
Deleting the information we hold about you
If at any time you wish us to remove all the information we hold on you, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and any details you have of who you were in contact with and when, so we can ensure it is promptly removed.
We may gather information about your general internet use by using the cookie. Where used, these cookies are downloaded to your computer and stored on the computer’s hard drive. Such information will not identify you personally. It is statistical data. This statistical data does not identify any personal details whatsoever
You can adjust the settings on your computer to decline any cookies if you wish. This can easily be done by activating the reject cookies setting on your computer.
Use of Your Information
We use the information that we collect from you to provide our services to you. In addition to this we may use the information for one or more of the following purposes:
• To provide information to you that you request from us relating to our services.
